Standard bank transfer processing times may vary by institution.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the qq555 account. qq555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency and Exchange
All transactions on qq555 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qq555 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winning amounts, and bonus values are in BDT. qq555 bears no responsibility for any currency conversion costs incurred if a player's bank account operates in a foreign currency.

Transaction Disputes
If you believe a transaction on your qq555 account is incorrect, you must notify qq555 support via live chat within 30 days of the transaction date. qq555 will investigate the matter and, where an error is confirmed, rectify the balance accordingly. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review. qq555 maintains complete transaction logs and its records shall be treated as authoritative in the event of any dispute.
Bonus and Promotional Terms

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by qq555 carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on qq555 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Abuse
qq555 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "arbing" or "matched betting" across accounts), withdrawing bonus funds without genuine gameplay, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, qq555 will void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may permanently close the player's account.
Promotion Modification and Cancellation
qq555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled before its end date, qq555 will honour wagering already completed by players who accepted the promotion in good faith, up to the point of cancellation. Changes to ongoing promotion terms will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or via the registered mobile number.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Policy
qq555 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
Cheating and Collusion
Any attempt to cheat, collude with other players, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in qq555 games or the Platform is strictly forbidden. This includes using external software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent Platform security measures. Accounts found to be involved in cheating or collusion will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
Money Laundering

Where qq555 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is using the Platform to launder funds, qq555 will immediately freeze the account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal against a genuine qq555 deposit is a form of fraud. Any player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently closed, all associated winnings and balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant payment providers and authorities. qq555 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.
Abusive Behaviour

Abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language directed at qq555 support agents, whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel, will not be tolerated. qq555 reserves the right to close the account of any player who repeatedly engages in abusive conduct towards Platform staff.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination
qq555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of games.

Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your qq555 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 3 business days, provided all active wagering requirements have been completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Mandatory Account Closure
qq555 may close an account without prior notice where a player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where qq555 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of mandatory closure due to Terms violations, all balances including real-money deposits may be withheld pending investigation. Amendments to These Terms
qq555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, qq555 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players before the amended Terms take effect, either via the Platform or via the registered mobile number.
